The total NYC experience. Went with a big group and was great. Service was fast, place was hoping but very efficient. I had the 101 layer lasagne. Omg. So good I can't describe. I will come back to NY for this. Dessert was panatone cake. One of my holiday favs and it did not disappoint. This place is worth the hype. Be sure to make a reservation.

We came here this past Sunday after seeing the Rockette Christmas Extravaganza. The food, and ambience was great, our server Elizabeth C was downright rude, abrupt, not helpful, and had a major attitude. From the beginning of our party being seated she pretty much was a buzz kill. She was also rude to another table within our area. New Yorkers are supposed to be kind of loud and rude but we did not experience that in our 7 days that we were visiting NYC until we met Elizabeth C. The restaurant could do better when hiring this server. Our dinner was not ruined by her problem because the decor and food were wonderful and we were enjoying the company of those in our group. Trattoria Dell'Arte should have been given 5 stars but because of our experience with this server I am giving it a 4 star review.

Pizza is a must try! Crunchy crust and super thin. Also Brussels salad and pepperoni chicken parm were amazing. Service is always great. Will return.

Had a very enjoyable time here, I came with 3 others to grab dinner before a show in Carnegie hall. Service was attentive and resourceful, they were able to answer all our questions about dietary restrictions and etc. the pastas were all very delicious, you can tell it's fresh pasta that they use. My favorite was the lobster with truffle, delicious sauce. Highly recommend!

Very large establishment with plenty of seating upstairs and downstairs. We ordered the caprese salad. The burrata was very fresh, but I was disappointed that there were only three slices of tomato in the salad, especially for the price. Meatballs were wonderful - very tender, and the sauce was flavourful. The service was great. Our server was quite friendly, and our water glass was never empty.

What a treat! This restaurant was great! Not only was it beautiful, but the food was out of this world! We went right before a show and they were able to get us in and out so that we would be on time. The wait staff was friendly and very accommodating. The restaurant is walking distance from Times Square!

Cute Italian place that's open during the day. I've been here for both lunch and dinner and the ambiance is a bit better in the evening (versus the daytime when you can see the wear and tear on the place). Service is friendly and attentive, and the food is great! The osso bucco on polenta is my favorite!
